‘GET THE PICTURE’ and ‘WE THINK THIS SHTUFF UP’ by E.H Cain Gerrod MscD., PhD., at the Studio Metaphysics in Brentford, Middlesex UK.
The book launch and presentation will begin on the evening of Thursday 18th June 2009. At the Studio Metaphysics, founder Dr. Gerrod will be signing copies of his new books, ‘GET
THE PICTURE’ and ‘WE THINK THIS SHTUFF UP.’
Dr Gerrod’s philosophy aims to inspire people to use full expression. He states, “We
examine the mind, body and performance, sharing our knowledge and skills to help
people to express the real ‘you,’ that which needs no definition or explanation.”
People from various walks of life, from the average reader to members of the medical
profession, have found the teachings and principals in this book life-changing.

Destiny Integrated Training at the Studio Metaphysics will provide an opportunity to learn new
skills in a non-traditional format. The centre will provide courses in:

Cookery and catering classes and consultancy
Destiny Integrated Training courses are run in small supported groups and some those who
